Staff was not cooperative and took a lot of time to respond to concerns I had during my stay. The hotel itself is very beautiful and nice and has premium amenities. The room was very beautiful, clean and house keeping did an amazing job. The front desk really needs to work on customer service and their ridiculous policies.

Stunning Interior public areas. Good F&B. Rooms are large but the bathroom faucets we not well maintained and need replacement.
